I am a native of Kingston, NY.  Living here my entire life, I have an extensive knowledge of the surrounding towns and cities.  I have spent the last 34 years of my career working in Ulster County, 17 of those as a successful business owner. During that time, I have come to know and understand the people in this community and their needs and desires.

I am a true people person. I have an easy rapport with most everyone and enjoy helping others. Couple that with my passion for real estate and you will understand how I can help make your transition smoother. This extends to my hobby of finding homes in need of a little TLC, renovating them and then reselling them. I live in these houses while the renovation is going on so I fully understand how much stress the chaos of living out of boxes can bring.  The end result --- a bright and inviting home for new owners to enjoy.

As well as my accreditation in home staging, I am a member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Garden Design from the Institute of Ecosystem Studies located in Millbrook, NY.  This is an intensive field of study with many of the instructors holding positions at The New York Botanical Gardens.

I recently completed an extensive training program in Atlanta, GA that has earned me the esteemed title of Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM). It is the highest and only true accreditation that can be obtained in this field, and I am one of only two ASPMs in the entire state of New York. The instructor was the renowned Barb Schwarz, creator of the staging concept and recognized leader in this discipline.
