When you decide to contact me either by phone or email, I will get some basic information about your home; location, style, square footage, and more.
The next step would be a consultation. I will briefly visit your home and take some notes and photos (with your permission) for reference. Back at my office I will prepare a room by room and exterior evaluation of what needs to be done to stage your home for sale. This will address your home’s strengths and weaknesses, and give you a separate priority list of items you should address. At your convenience I will return to review the evaluation and address any questions or concerns you may have.
| You can either take this information and do the improvements yourself or proceed to the next step. This would involve me offering a bid to do the work for you. The bid is a no-cost estimate. I can do as little or as much as you would like. If you prefer to do some of the rooms yourself, I can do the others.
Should you decide you would rather I stage your home, then we would discuss times, dates, property access, etc. to get the job done. The Well Dressed House is a fully insured business. I am flexible and will try to work within the perameters of your time and budget to get your house market ready.
As an extra service, I will come to your home for the first open house your realtor holds. I will make sure everything is in order and properly arranged for a fabulous showcase of your home. |

Vacant or new construction houses are also in need of staging. Some buyers have a difficult time seeing their furnishings fitting, even in the most spacious of rooms. That’s where The Well Dressed House can help. We offer a large inventory of furniture and decorative accessories for the homeowner to rent while the house is being shown. With the addition of a few pieces of properly placed furniture, the empty rooms come alive, making the space more inviting.
